Ian Barrodale
Ian and Sheila founded their wholly-owned Barrodale Computing Services
(BCS) in 1978 to provide R & D consulting services and develop customized
computer software for scientists, engineers, and other technical computer
users. Dr. Barrodale was formerly a Professor of Mathematics and Founding
Chair of the Computer Science Department at the University of Victoria.

BCS has successfully completed more than 350 contracts. Many of these
projects have been with the Canadian Department of National Defence; other
clients include Ministries and Crown Corporations of the Government of
British Columbia, various Canadian Federal Government Departments, as
well as several Fortune 500 companies. These projects range from consulting
services to development of software for clients engaged in projects involving
mathematical and statistical analysis, simulation, development and testing
of algorithms, graphical user interfaces, spatial data analysis, management
of large spatial data sets, database design and implementation, and software

Harry Davis
Mr. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Queens
University, and has completed numerous post-graduate courses in business

great technical and business experience in the broadcast, cable television,
telecommunications and proprietary software fields, holding senior positions
with large, medium and small enterprises. He remains President and CEO
of his wholly owned Engineering Consulting company, and is currently on
the Board of Directors of six start-up companies and several Institutions.
Mr. Davis has extensive experience in the use of technology in education,
and was Prime Consultant for the development of TV Ontario for the first
six years of its existence. Recently, Mr. Davis has turned his attention
to new forms of technology for distance education, involving high-speed
telecommunications networks and downloading of large media-rich files
to homes and businesses.
Clinton C. Forster
Mr. Forster is a graduate of the DeVry Technical Institute, specializing
in radio, television, and telecommunications electronics, and has also
studied business administration at the University of Waterloo, Ontario.
He pioneered cable television during the 1960s as the Founder/Partner
of Noram Communications Ltd. (1965) and Founder/Partner of Ontario Cable
TV Companies.

1968-1974 and was the Founder and major owner of Saskatoon Telecable Ltd.
from 1974-1991. He has served as Chairman of Western World Communications
Corporation, has been the Owner/Operator of major radio stations in Western
Canada, and is currently Chairman Forvest Broadcasting Corporation which
operates AM/FM radio in Saskatoon Sask. He has been a Director of Shaw
Communications Inc. and is currently a Director of Corus Entertainment

1986/1987; Chairman, Canadian Cable Television Association Task Force

Rick Roskin
Dr. Roskin has previously been professor of organizational behavior and
development, as well as Dean, in the Faculty of Business Administration,
at Memorial University of Newfoundland, and Director of the Management
Programs Division at Royal Roads University.

Mr. Schucht was the Vice President of Property Development for Canada Trust from 1978 to 1979 and operated the company’s property and development subsidiary, Truscan Realty Limited as President and Director from 1980 to 1990. He also held positions in CT Financial of Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 1994 to 1997, followed by Vice Chairman and Director until the sale of Canada Trust to TD Bank in 2000. In 2002 he joined the board of Robarts Research Institute and served as Vice Chair. He has also served as Chair for London Health Sciences Centre campaign, successfully raising in excess of $150 million.
He currently sits on numerous boards including Ellis Don Inc., serving as Chairman since 1999 and Chair of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Corporate Governance Committee; a Director of AGF management ltd; and a Director of AGF Trust Company. Mr. Schucht is also a primary shareholder and officer of numerous investment and holding companies with interests ranging from existing real estate and development properties to merchant capital entities.

He mainly managed audit teams for a variety of medium sized business clients, and assisted those businesses with a variety of related financial services, including personal and corporate taxes, payroll, compliance, cash-flow analysis and business consulting.
Greg started his financial career at Investors Group developing financial plans for his clients and marketing IG’s products and services and those of its affiliated companies, including Estate and Tax Planning, Mortgages, Life and Disability Insurance, Mutual Funds, Annuities and Savings Bonds.
Greg’s academic background includes the C.A. Designation of the C.A. School of Business, B.C., an M.B.A. (Finance specialization) from the University of Victoria, and a B.A. in Economics (Computer Science minor) University of Victoria. Greg was awarded the Franc Joubin bursary by the University of Victoria School of Business as the most successful entrepreneurial entrant in the MBA program.
